I'm in St. Louis.  I'd be happy to pay shipping.  And yeah, pulling 
them from equipment is pretty easy.  Please do send the cable too, 
though, because there's some weird card-edge connector for 5-14" drives 
(IIRC; later ones might have just used the 34-pin floppy connector) 
that I don't know if I still have.
