You can do something like:

<xsl:template match="subject">
<font class="display"><b><xsl:value-of select="topic" /></b></font><br />

<xsl:for-each select="method">
    <font class="display"><xsl:value-of select="." /></font><br />
</xsl:for-each>

</xsl:template>
