starting at the cell element, you can go "up" to the parent
by using the '..' shorthand in an XPath expression:
select="../../../table/tableColumnlist/tablecolumns"

or, if there's only one table and tableColumnlist,
there's no need to start at the cell element;
select="/output/table/tableColumnlist/tablecolumns"
