Subject: [xsl] recursive template grabbing nested elements... From: "Anthony E." <apwebdesign@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 9 Jul 2001 15:59:21 -0700 (PDT) |
how do i grab a child element (and define which element to name to grab)? for example i have: <tab state="on" id="1.1"> <tab state="off" id="1.1.1"></tab> <tab state="on" id="1.1.2"></tab> </tab> <tab state="off" id="1.2"> </tab> i want to have a recursive template that finds the deepest <tab> with state="on", and then grabs the preceding sibling and the following siblings' (or parent's sibling) "id" attribute. so in the example above, my template would yield: current = 1.1.2 prev = 1.1.1 next = 1.2 Thanks, ===== -- Anthony E.
