XSL-FO questions are in scope for this list, which "hosts discussion of XSL 
itself, XSL applications and implementation, and XSL user questions" (from 
the list page on mulberrytech.com). XSL-FO is part of XSL.

There's also another list for XSL-FO at w3.org (many of the participants 
are the same). But we won't be mean, ask away.
