Well int emacs wunnerful ;)

I was kinda describing match-string, but with nested subexpressions -
I like the idea of nested subexpressions, especially when coupled with
named subexpressions, like I was talking about with Marc.

But I guess that we should keep it simple, to build on familiarity
with regexps in other languages.
