Is there a way to transform XML documents with XSL stylesheets offline, that means without specifying the namespace of the stylesheet.
example :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0">
with
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl=LOCAL_URI>
thanks in advance
