XML Spy Professional has XSL:FO facility.For which Apache FOP(Windows version) can be installed from http://link.altova.com/components_processors.html Apache FOP processor 0.20.5rc (6.2 MB) after downloading this, set path for Fop.bat in Tools>Options>XSL Cheers!
