The XSLT processor I am using is located in the System.Xml.Xsl; (.Net Framework).

How can I download and install and use latest XSL processor MSXML 3 o 4?
The thing is that I need to distribute this application, and this has to run on the .Net Framework.

| He wasn't running with MSXML3 or MSXML4. He was running the unnamed XSLT
| processor included in the System.Xml.Xsl library in .NET
