Subject: RE: [xsl] Need a programmic way to read xslt file, and determine the mappings defined. From: "Kienle, Steven C" <steven.c.kienle@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 8 Nov 2004 09:57:12 -0500 |
I wonder if that is really feasible. In my transforms, because I use template elements much more than for-each, it would be really hard to pull the logic out without also having access to the input XML. Maybe what you really need is to tie into the trace capabilities of some of the XSLT processors to generate exactly how the input XML triggers the individual templates. Yes, I want to reverse engineer the logic in the xslt file.
