That was the first reference I saw. It doesn't address the question of what happens when the clock is set back an in October. Specifically, at 0100 hours on October 30 of this year, will the clocks in the UK be set back to 2400 hours on October 29, or will they be set to 0000:01 hours on October 30, or are they set to some other time later than midnight the preceding day? -- Charles Knell cknell@xxxxxxxxxx - email -----Original Message----- From: Jim Neff <jneff@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Fri, 15 Apr 2005 14:21:20 -0400 To: <xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: RE: RE: RE: [xsl] GMT to BST converter http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/b.html > -----Original Message----- > From: cknell@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:cknell@xxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Friday, April 15, 2005 2:16 PM > To: xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: RE: RE: RE: [xsl] GMT to BST converter > > All the references I've found on the web (including the BBC) > say that it (BST) begins and ends at 0100 hours.
