Well Michael, who's also answering questions in this thread, is the
editor of the spec so one might assume he has an editor's copy
somewhere:-)  As he says any changes post CR will be reflected in
bugzilla, although generating a query of all relevant changes since then
using bugzilla would be a bit hard I think. the main one is the
namespace change (affecting xpath and xquery more than xslt, really)
