I am not sure you are asking the right question

Ruby on Rails is a web platform to interface with relational databases.
Drupal is a web content managment platform.

Are you just looking for a hyped platform that does XSLT?
Or do you have a specific project, thus requirement in mind?

Though the hype is a bit over, you might be looking for Cocoon

cheers

I love using XSLT. But it does seem that right now the RoRs and
Drupals and suchlikes are in the ascendant.

What frameworks do people know about that cope well with XSLT?
