xsd:documentation was what I wanted (for xslt)

I found XSLTDoc, but when I use it, my output adds

 <dd xmlns:xd=http://www.pnp-software.com/XSLTdoc/";>

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform";
xmlns:xd="http://www.pnp-software.com/XSLTdoc";
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"; version="1.0">
