I couldn't help but test if it was possible to feed all the relevant
files to my stylesheet in one go using Saxon 9b only and starting with
"xmltest/valid/sa". It works using:

saxon:compile
saxon:transform
saxon:expression
saxon:eval

<xsl:variable name="expression" select="saxon:expression('concat($p1,
$p2, $p3, $p4)')"/>

<xsl:value-of select="for $a in 1 to 119 return
saxon:transform(saxon:compile-stylesheet(doc('identity-template.xsl')),

Test file 012.xml must be fixed first, it is not well-formed.
