add a .dot file to the rtf output

Hello,

I'm working in an organisation that uses a standard .dot file. I'm
going to simulate the output with modifications in Norms dsl
files. The printed version is on a good way to look very similar to
the ones generated with the .dot file. But if you look into the
document you see, that's not generated with the .dot file. Can this be
fixed!?
