Uh, how? I'm sure I've got the syntax wrong, but could use an example:
golem> cat man/manpages.sgml
<!entity manrefs system "refs.sgml">
&manrefs
golem> jade -d /home/tgl/SGML/db101.d/docbook/html/docbook.dsl \
-D man -t sgml postgres.sgml
jade:man/manpages.sgml:1:2:E: "ENTITY" declaration not allowed in instance
jade:man/manpages.sgml:3:1:E: general entity "manrefs" not defined and no
default entity

Thanks for the help on the directory searching; I'll probably use the "-D"
option on jade for now.
