Trouble building JADE

We're trying to build JADE for several flavors of UNIX.  This worked
in about half of the cases.  Three holdouts all failed in
PosixStorage.cxx (albet in different places.)  Does anyone have any
idea what I could do about this?

Included for all are the platform, revision, GCC version, and error
messages.
