Jade and RTF Backend Questions

A few questions about Jade and the RTF Backend:

I'm going to want to produce pages that have multi-line headers and/or
footers.

1. Does Jade only support SIMPLE-PAGE-SEQUENCE (with single-line
footers).

2. Are there any plans to have it support PAGE-SEQUENCE as well?

3. Is there any way around the single-line footer limitation?
