Subject: Multi-columns with 2 and 3 columns in Jade From: bschanck@xxxxxxx Date: Wed, 2 Sep 1998 08:31:10 -0400 |
We are using Jade to convert from SGML to RTF backend. We have a requirement to display 2 and 3 columns on the same page. Using the simple page model we set the number of columns to 6. In the make paragraph span is set to 2 for 3 columns and span set to 3 for 2 columns. The result from each of these setting gives only a single column in Word '97. Does span only provide the ability for across all column or single column? Manual Word can produce both 2 and 3 columns on the same pages.
