I use 
http://www.tug.org/applications/pdftex/jade111-sr.zip
(compiled by Norm Walsh), and until any further changes in the sources,
this is what matches the current JadeTeX

sadly, yes. the patches do not identify themselves. sorry. I did not
originally anticipate we'd get into this long drawn-out situation, but
James has not had time (I believe he was working on some small task
like writing the XSL draft :-}) to finally approve or disapprove the
patches and issue a new Jade version.
