Hello, trying to create an Index from DocBook Indexterms, I think there is another problem besides sorting the strings. If the same Indexterm appears several times on page x, all I can get with Jade is something like <subject> <page x>, <page x>, <page y> while I'd rather see <subject> <page x>, <page y> That is, I'd like to combine sequences of equal page numbers to a single entry. However, from what I know about DSSSL, I'm afraid that is not possible, because the page numbers are not known at the time Jade generates the FOT. Does anyone know a solution without post-processing Jade's output? ____________________________________________________________________ | | | knipp | Knipp Medien und Kommunikation oHG ------- Technologiepark Martin-Schmeisser-Weg 9 D-44227 Dortmund Thomas Corte Fon: 0231-9703-0 thomas@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fax: 0231-9703-200 DSSSList info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dssslist
