Okay to post to DSSSList

[DSSSList Owner <dssslist-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

Our ISP hosting the list software says that the mailing list is fully
operational and that they have found the problem with the archive and
are working on it.  The archive isn't fixed yet, but new messages will
not be lost.

It is now okay to post messages to the DSSSList.

As before, sorry for any inconvenience.
