Navigation Problem??

Hello,
  I have a navigation problem like this:
  <PARENT>
    <CHILD_1>
      <CHILD_1a>
           <TITLE>Title here</TITLE>
      </CHILD_1a>
    </CHILD_1>
    <CHILD_2>Text</CHILD_2>
    <CHILD_3>...</CHILD_3>
    <CHILD_4>...</CHILD_4>
  </PARENT>
  Say I need to print out the content of the title after I print the
content of element CHILD_2 (which is Text). Is it possible to navigate
back up to parent node then navigate down to get the content???
