SGML to HTML with DSSSL

A couple of people have asked me recently about converting arbitrary
SGML to HTML with DSSSL. I don't have a tutorial, but I do have an
example stylesheet at

Hope that helps! I'll write a tutorial around it when I get an
opportunity (???).
