Shading in DSSSL

Hello!

I need text with shading in my document. The only solution I found is to
put it into box flow object with type: 'background or 'both (by the way,
is this a correct solution?). 

But here comes another problem: how can I put shading for entire
simple-page-sequence's header (both left, center and right)?

I'm using Jade with RTF back-end, which, by the way, can't handle
background for displayed box, only for inlined.
Well, this can be patched ;-)
