Take a look at the (process-text) procedure in the DSSSL Cookbook, in
<URL:http://www.mulberrytech.com/dsssl/dsssldoc/procedures/c0206.html>.

(Hey, Tony, can we add a TOC to the Cookbook?  I didn't see one, and
had to hunt around for the correct URL.)

The procedure needs to be rewritten to key off the entity name instead
of the SDATA replacement value, so it'll be more easily portable to
use with XML (which forbids SDATA entities), but it'll work.

The proper way to do this would be with a query construction rule, but
Jade 1.0 doesn't support that.
