The status is that it's sitting on my Web page, and some day I may
fiddle with it if I feel like it.

I have a patch from Jon Bosak that downcases all of the element names,
and James Clark has pointed out that I am misusing (display-size).
Since I don't actually use this stylesheet myself, I'll fix this when
I get around to it. Anyone else who wants to fix it is welcome to do
so.

The point of XML is the ability to define and use one's own markup.
That means HTML 4 tables, CALS tables, HTML+ tables, ArborText tables,
SoftQuad tables, or your own, more semantic table markup.

Not by me.

Beats me. It's possible.

If you use Jade's extension to note a heading-level on a paragraph,
you will be able to build a table of contents in MS Word.
