Hmm. That's unfortunate since a title outside the <docinfo> is required by the 
DocBook DTD, whereas it is not inside the <docinfo>.

So you end up duplicating the title in both places.

And you can also fix the <link> resolution. If you check the generated HTML 
for my document, you'll notice that every link it contains is broken. They 
refer to x????.html although no chunks are generated.
