IDREFS

Is there something I'm overlooking?  I have an element with an IDREFS
attribute, and I'd like to be able to create an HTML link to each
target, but I don't see a way for DSSSL to tokenize the attribute.
That surprises me a little bit.

I can loop over the string and tokenize it myself, but seems nasty,
given that the parser already had to do that during validation.  Any
suggestions?
