This isn't an SGML problem. All you want to do is surpress newlines in 
the output, right? Purely presentational, ergo stylesheet problem.

As far as solutions: well, if you need to get all of the information, and 
you don't want it wrapping, then I would suggest you use wider paper. 
Or is losing the end of lines acceptable?
