Ok, I got a patched jade in conjunction with jadetex 1.05, which is
the latest AFAICT. Remaining followup based on that.

I'm using xref with both linkend and endterm attributes. I confirmed
this problem persists. Most of the other problems I mentioned,
notably the block spacing, are fixed.

Sample document attached. Standard commands for running it:

  jade -t tex -o docbook_ref.tex \
   -d /usr/lib/dsssl/stylesheets/docbook/print/docbook.dsl docbook_ref.sgml
  jadetex '\nonstopmode\input{docbook_ref.tex}'
  jadetex '\nonstopmode\input{docbook_ref.tex}'

The underlining problems, on second glance, *seem* to be a problem of
xdvi rather than the TeX output, actually. I'm using xdvi(k) 20a.
Thoughts about that would be appreciated. Postscript output (dvips)
translates links to italic rather than underline, and the problems of
which I speak are not apparent.

Yup.

Actually those are ok, yes.

BTW, are lists of figures implemented?
