I've added this to (what will become) the 1.14 version of the DocBook
stylesheets. I also made a few other tweaks:
- You can xref to biblio entries
- If biblio entries have an xreflabel, that's what's put in the gentext
for the citation
- You can turn on checking of <citation>citation text</citation>
