The stylesheet designer *could* get the size information.  My custom
tagged-MIF-maker parses the EPS graphic for the BoundingBox, and sets
the size of the frame accordingly.

Obviously, this wouldn't work quite as well for binary graphic formats
(at least not from inside DSSSL).
