jade 1.x MIF output

Problem:

Jade 1.X MIF output does not output right-header:
contents.  left-header and center-header work okay.
Note the contents don't even show up in the mif
file from what I can tell.

Can someone else confirm this?  I can provide
a sample doc if needed but just any simple
page sequence with non-empty right-header will do.

Using:

jade1.2
frame 5.0 or frame 5.5+sgml
