Attached are my test files to help me to understand Norms
modular stylesheets.

A simple xml file, tstinclude.xml
a main stylesheet tstinclude.dsl
a direct inclusion module.dsl
a stylesheet inclusion, another.dsl
a second order indirect, part.dsl

the default shows that only the direct inclusion is working.
the remainder pick up the default.

Can anyone see where I'm going wrong please.

I'm unsure how the 'use' attribute is used on the style-specification
