Hi Brandon, [long post...] OK I understand your idea. Basically your point is to add a UI on top of DSSSL. This is a good idea. This has been done for CSS and I believe also that this would facilitate a first contact or at least help build basic scripts (only fo attributes). About XSL. I don't know if XSL will be perceived as easy as CSS. Personally I expect to see UI tools on top of CSS but not on top of XSLT. XSLT can do more complex things and is harder to add a UI interface like fill the blank forms. Your idea to add a "fill the blank" type of UI on top of DSSSL is a good idea.
