   Note the (make formatting-instruction) in the element rules.  This
is a non-standard FO which only works with the SGML backend.  I used
it here strictly as an easy way to dump out some arbitrary text,
rather than a complete document.  Simply substitute appropriate FOs to
contain the result of the "data:" expressions, and it should work just
fine with the RTF backend.
