box flow object on several pages

Hi

I am trying to set a box around a paragraph. All is fine, except when the
paragraph is greater than a page.
In this case, the box goes out of the page. The spec says :
"The box flow object may result in more than one area. In this case,
 the border of the box adjacent to the
 break may be omitted if the box-open-end?: characteristic is true."

So I suppose that it is possible to have a box longer than a page.
I am using the TeX backend to output PDF.

Anyone knows ?
