yes, I do :-}
you use eg \hypersetup{pdfauthor="Pieter Rijken"} in your
jadetex.cfg. Doing it `properly' would require hacking (Open)Jade.
the other keywords are
pdftitle
pdfcreator
pdfproducer
pdfkeywords
no, I have not tested this.
