(dsssl) ANN: SGML for NT updated - now contains XML

SGML for NT is a tutorial that explains how to set up and use free
software to edit and process SGML documents on M$ Windows:

New in this version:
- Now covers basic XML tools. This includes xslide (Emacs mode for
XSLT), xsltproc, Xalan, XT, Saxon, FOP, JFOR, and PassiveTeX.
- The installation of TeX, JadeTeX, and xmltex/PassiveTeX was
completely reworked. The Cygwin version now uses the Cygwin TeX
binaries and teTeX, the plain Win32 version uses fpTeX instead of
MiKTeX.
- All other tools were updated as appropriate.
