[jats-list] JATS Change Report?

Is there a document somewhere that concisely identifies the differences
between NLM DTD 3.0 and JATS 0.4?  The NLM DTD 3.0 online documentation
included a very useful change report with an element by element breakdown of
the changes.  Does the equivalent exist somewhere for JATS 0.4?    

As we look at implementing JATS, a detailed list of the changes from NLM 3.0
would be helpful.
