Hello Everyone,
I am mapping cases in which some of the book-back elements such as index and
bibliography have also a  link to PDF (as oppose to expanded child elements
only)
Would you kindly advice where I can put the link?
My thinking is perhaps under title-
<book-back>
  <index>
     <index-title-group>
         <title>
             <uri>
Any other, better options?
