There are no similar samples for Archiving.

The samples of Publishing use the MathML2 version, and the Doctype is:
<!DOCTYPE article PUBLIC "-//NLM//DTD JATS (Z39.96) Journal Publishing DTD
v1.1d1 20130915//EN" "JATS-journalpublishing1.dtd">

The equivalent Doctype for Archiving is:
<!DOCTYPE article PUBLIC "//NLM//DTD JATS (Z39.96) Journal Archiving and
Interchange DTD with OASIS Tables v1.1d3 20150301//EN"
"JATS-archive-oasis-article1.dtdb>

But, as I am sure you know, there are four DTDs for each of the tag suite
types:
  MathML2
  MathML3
  OASIS MathML2
  OASIS MathML3

You may need to adjust if you use a different model. Note: this information
appears in a comment at the top of each .dtd file.
