[jats-list] call for comments on the JATS4R Ethics Statement recommendation draft

Hello JATS users,

JATS4R working group has developed a draft recommendation for the tagging
of Ethics Statements. This recommendation is now open for comment at this

The deadline for adding comments is wednesday, October 23rd  2019.
