[jats-list] Last call for comments on JATS4R Ethics Statement recommendation draft

Comments are closing on 29th November for the JATS4R Ethics Statements
recommendation. Specifically, if publishers are making further distinctions
on ethics-statement sub-sections, we would welcome some suggested
values for point 3c.
