[jats-list] validation stuck

Hi all,

We are having problems in our validation workflow as https://www.niso.org/schemas/ali/1.0/ali.xsd does not return a page. Actually, I'm seeing no pages for https://www.niso.org either.

Would anyone know which strings to pull to get that page back online? Yes, we now realize that we should have local copies for all dependencies in validation, but that's not helping at the moment.

Or did Trump pull the plug on Niso as his final deed?
