Subject: [jats-list] please help with Crossref JATS project! From: "Patricia Feeney patricia.feeney@xxxxxxxxx" <jats-list-service@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 10 Mar 2021 22:05:22 -0000 |
Hello everyone, Crossref is working with Mulberry Technologies to create a robust XSLT transformation that will allow Crossref members to send JATS XML directly to Crossref. This will make registering metadata easier for those of you who are Crossref members, and will help us collect complete metadata. As we all know, JATS is more complex and not nearly as rigid as the Crossref schema and we'd like a decent set of real world examples to work with to ensure that Mulberry's work is useful. Please send any examples of JATS XML to me at pfeeney@crossref and I'll share it with Mulberry - it will be a great help! We'll also make any XSLT available for those of you who still want to manage your own Crossref XML, so please consider sending examples even if you don't intend to send your JATS XML directly to Crossref. Thanks, Patricia Feeney Head of Metadata Crossref pfeeney@xxxxxxxxxxxx
