[jats-list] BITS 2.1 is now available!

Hello BITS Enthusiasts!

I am pleased to announce that the BITS Working Group has completed and
released BITS version 2.1, which is fully backward compatible with BITS 2.0
and is an extension of JATS 1.3.

Some highlights of the new version include the new <processing-meta> element
and the Vocabulary Attributes. You can see the full Change Report here:
