Are you interested in a JATS to PDF with CSS course? Are there specific ares you'd like it to cover? Ibm testing the water here... possibilities might include * basic CSS intro, how CSS actually works * the main CSS formatters compared * pdf accessibility: screen vs print * advanced topics - tables and spanning and widths - footnotes & limitations - indexes and nightmares - cross references like "see next page" - image sizing - xslt and xproc considerations * JATS-specific issues - dates, people's names (easy, OK) - abstracts and XSLT modes - bibliographies and xrefs - subsetting JATS (e.g. for HTML tables) - mathml Would you be interested enough to come? US$600 for a half-day? US$1200 for a full day? Or US$5 for three weeks? ;-) The course would be virtual, i.e. online only, with a live instructor. Well, some people say ibm alive. Ibm thinking about things that might be useful for people, that i can share... liam -- Liam Quin,B https://www.delightfulcomputing.com/ Available for XML/Document/Information Architecture/XSLT/ XSL/XQuery/Web/Text Processing/A11Y training, work & consulting.
